The supervised curricular internship is important for the foundation of any academic student, as it allows the merge of the theoretical knowledge obtained during the course into hands-on practice, enabling the improvement of technical, social and economic knowledge in a positive way for a professional future. The purpose of this report is to describe the activities carried out during the internship period at the Embrapa Cerrados Planaltina Laboratory - DF. During the internship, macronutrients and micronutrients were monitored according to the analysis of the soil received and the identified recommendations established depths of 0 - 10; 10 - 20; 20 - 30 and 30 - 40 cm. The determination of organic matter, calibration, and qualification aligned with the laboratory's multiclient methodology. The analyzes for the qualification of pH, organic matter, and analyzes of total nitrogen of the soil were also monitored. The internship provided a positive uplift in technical, practical, social and economic knowledge for professional performance.
