This work refers to the monitoring of fertility through soil analysis results obtained from the company database Máximo consulting Research and innovation. The company provides agronomic consulting services in the region of the municipality of Caseara-TO, soil samples were taken from São José farm. Seven plots were evaluated, totaling 878 hectares in a period of 4 consecutive agricultural years. The observed components were Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), Sulfur (S), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), hydrogenic potential (pH) and base saturation, at depths from 0 to 20 cm and from 20 to 40 cm. The main crop of the farm is soybean, and the objective of this work was to observe through soil analysis results the behavior of fertility evolution in São José farm during 4 consecutive years. Soil analysis was very important in maintaining fertility and some plots showed a gradual decrease of some components.
