The present work has as its theme the monitoring of activities carried out in the nursery of the company Jardinplan Urbanization and Landscaping ltda in Gurupi-to. Where the objective was to monitor all activities that are developed within a forest nursery of native plants of the Cerrado biome, feeding the demand for seedlings for forest restoration of the north-south railroad. The aim of this monograph is to show the importance of the curricular internship, where it is a necessary learning process for a professional who wants to be prepared to face the challenges of a career. In preparation for the practice of the chosen profession, the internship is configured as a possibility to make a relationship between theory and practice, knowing the reality of the day-to-day professional of the area, because when the academic has contact with The activities that the internship offers him, begins to understand what was studied during the course, and begins to make the relationship with the daily work of his work. It is also intended to show the entire seedling production chain, from seed collection, beneficiation, storage, dormancy break, seed planting, and seedling care, irrigation, fertilization, weed control, rustification and expedition. Thus, the internship is one of the most important moments for the professional formation of a student, it is at this moment that the future professional has the opportunity to come into direct contact with the professional reality in which he will be inserted, where all the theory absorbed is put into practice. during graduation, having the opportunity to improve the techniques acquired in the course. It was also observed that interspecific variability, the presence of diverse dormancy mechanisms and limited knowledge are barriers that hinder the production of seedlings of native species.
