The control and maintenance of the production and destination of solid residues in Brazil happens, firstly, through auditing of the informations given annually by the creator near the Federal Technical Register of Potentially Pollutant or Usufructuary Activities of Environmental Resources – FTR/PPA, in which it has approximately of three million set up extern users. To administer the informations that all these users produce annually in the system has when if an important challenge was demonstrated to the organs of control and inspection. Having in mind this problematics, the present work aimed at the realization of a diagnosis of the generation of mining reject between 2010 and 2014, from the relation between values of brutish production and beneficial production informed by the enterprises of mining from agricultural limestone of the Tocantins. Subsequently, there was carried out the crossroad of the values of generation of mining reject obtained in the diagnosis with those informed by the enterprises of mining near the FTR/PPA. Of this crossroad deficiencies of the system were identified and new parameters were indicated for auditing of the informations given by the enterprises near the FTR/PPA, which, if implemented, can reduce significantly the institutional effort for the fulfillment of his paper of inspection and environmental control. No Tocantins, as empresas mineradoras de Calcário figuram como uma das mais relevantes do ponto de vista da economia mineral e da geração, em volume, de resíduos sólidos. O controle e monitoramento da produção e destinação de resíduos sólidos no Brasil se dá, primeiramente, por meio de auditagens das informações prestadas anualmente pelo gerador junto ao Cadastro Técnico Federal de Atividades Potencialmente Poluidoras ou Utilizadoras de Recursos Ambientais – CTF/APP, no qual há aproximadamente de três milhões de usuários externos cadastrados. Administrar as informações que todos esses usuários geram anualmente no sistema tem se demonstrado um importante desafio aos órgãos de controle e fiscalização. Tendo em vista essa problemática, o presente trabalho objetivou a realização de um diagnóstico da geração de rejeitos entre 2010 e 2014, a partir da relação entre valores de produção bruta e produção beneficiada informados pelas mineradoras de calcário agrícola do Tocantins. Posteriormente, foi realizado o cruzamento dos valores de geração de rejeitos obtidos no diagnóstico com aqueles informados pelas mineradoras junto ao CTF/APP.
