The form was answered after the first contact with the “Planejar” application. The data were according to the assumptions of simple descriptive statistics using absolute and relative frequency. As this is a research that involves human beings, this research project complied with Resolution 466/2012 and was submitted for approval of the Ethics and Research Committee of the Federal University of Tocantins. the data collection was started only after approval. Data analysis showed that the “Planning” application has good development and requires small changes. To the creating technological tools like this the nurse can work even harder in an accessible way, promoting the protagonism of the individual, creating a bond and without additional financial costs.
