This work aims to present the results of the project: Building Technological Bridges between
Family Farming and the Local Market in the Municipality of Palmas - TO and Region. The
project proposed technological solutions to strengthen family farming, including an online
marketing application. This is a descriptive, bibliographic and documentary research carried
out from July to November 2020. The project met the initial objective of making a
socioeconomic diagnosis and proposing a software solution called AgriToca. The
technological tool was designed to serve not only the consumer market with the creation of
virtual baskets, but also the producers, through an online registration form containing all the
tax and market data of what is produced and offered by them. It is, therefore, about expanding
the possibilities of negotiation with legal entities and direct commercialization between
producers and consumers, mainly due to the new market dynamics induced by the pandemic
of Covid-19. It is concluded that the sharing of information about the origin and location of
agroecological products produced in the Palmas region reaffirms UFT's commitment to
exercise the role of extension that allows exchanges of experiences and information that
generate technologies of impact to the communities participating in the project and the region. |
