The study of this work aims to implant in the city of Palmas-TO, a landscape urban
space in which the well-being and the practice of extreme sports can be added, this
proposal is the `Center of extreme sports Alexandre Magno Abrão´. This lack of
urban spaces is evident where the population can enjoy a peaceful, cozy
environment and practice sports. This project brings an innovative concept, which
aims to promote social interaction, encourage sports practice, integrate architecture
and nature; promote accessible spaces and apply sustainable techniques. For the
implementation of this proposal, a location was chosen in the city center, close to the
cultural space, a place that is easily accessible to the population, through studies and
exploratory research it is possible to obtain the necessary information for its
development. Through all these studies it was possible to understand the typologies
of a skate park and a sports center. The implementation of this center will serve block
302 South of Palmas-TO, a public and collective use space that will benefit the entire
population and give a new aesthetic to a space in which it is idle, leaving the city less
hostile with the younger population. , and thus contributing to a better quality of the
city's infrastructure.
