This present research propose a reflection about the start up formation and teaching practice of
teachers that act in the public network in the curriculum of Geography in the Basic Education
the departure Social Representations (RS). This work have like objective to analyze the
interrelationship of the initial formation to school practice of trainer teacher in the period of
2003 to 2018 of degree Course at Geography of Campus de Porto Nacional-TO\UFT that act in
the urban area of public network state teaching in the Porto Nacional county departure of Social
Representations. And like specifics objectives; a) to know the conception formers teachers of
Geography Graduation Course of Porto Nacional-TO\UFT campus about initial formation of
future Geography teacher in the Basic Education; b) to investigate the Social Representations
of trainer teachers Geography Graduation Course in campus de Porto Nacional- TO how much
yours initial formation and the school routine practice; c) Identify the difficulties and
potentialities of school routine at classroom of teachers graduates in the Geography Graduation
Course Campus de Porto Nacional-TO, by Social Representations; d)to know starting Social
Representations that think graduate teachers of Geography Graduation Course –UFT about the
curriculum component Geography at school of Basic Education, The Curricular Common
National Base and the continued formation to teachers the reasoning this research rule by that
the RS are indispensable to dynamics, understanding here work understood starting Moscovici
(2012), Abric (1998he) and Flamente (1994) the RS can be used in the research of educational
sphere, for possibility identify the knowledge acquired through the initial formation, of
personals conception from of yours experiences through out life and reproduced in the exercise
of your professional activities .To this study the approach was qualitative research and the
methodologic procedures guided, themselves by bibliographic revision interview application
semi-structured with the teacher trainers of Graduate Course of Porto Nacional-TO\UFT,
virtually through used of Google forms tool with base on the data, make a description of
desirable model of initial formation to teacher trainers, among the results point that form a
teacher that understand the social transformations of yours community, that know the content
that go to work and have a critical theoretical position of geographic sphere and current
capitalist society and that be a model that in fact favors interacy theory and practice. For
analysis of the speeches of the egress teachers we used the technique of analyzing the course
of the data (Bardin, 2007), the results were based on three dimensions of the analysis; the
training dimension, the professional dimension and the practical school. After defening the
dimensions of the analysis the teachers divisions were categorized, drawing of units according
to their understanding which demonstrate the importance of initial academic training who
understand practice as an essential factor for the exercises of their teaching activities and that
the University needs to expend efforts on practical pedagogical activities in initial teacher
training. |
