The state of Tocantins has vast natural environments of immense environmental and social
relevance, for example: the largest river island in the world, called Bananal Island; the transition
place between Cerrado and Amazon, known as Cantão; and not least, the Jalapão region, which
is formed by 10 municipalities. This work aimed to ascertain the users' level of satisfaction with
the Fervedouro Bela Vista tourist attraction, located in the municipality of São Felix-TO, a city
that is part of the Jalapão region. The methodology adopted was based on a qualitative
evaluation, from interviews conducted with tourists who visited the Fervedouro Bela Vista
between the months of January and March 2020. It was possible to notice through this study
that tourists are satisfied with the organization of Fervedouro Bela Vista. |
