Resumo:
This study has as general objective to analyze the perception of the employees of the company Encanel Home Center in Palmas/TO regarding the actions of internal marketing application and internal communication exercised in the company. The research is configured as exploratory descriptive, bibliographic research, in addition to field research. To carry out the research, a questionnaire of its own authorship was applied, applied to the company Encanel Home Center, located in the city of Palmas/TO, therefore it is a quantitative research. The survey at the company was applied in March 2021, with a population of 81 employees in total, of which 52 responded to the valid questionnaire, so the sample corresponds to 64% of the total population, in the various departments of the company. The results are responsible and dependent on graphs and tables, prepared using the Excel software through statistical calculations in the calculated questionnaires. The results obtained through the show that despite some people the communication channels observed, the results show a low effectiveness of internal communication.
