The procurement industry has a strategic role within an organization, is responsible for 80% of
costs for having to meet the procurement requirements of all other industries, and thus may
interfere with internal communication. This research aims to demonstrate how the commitment
of effective integrated communication between. This research aims to demonstrate how the
commitment of effective integrated communication between the sectors of the organization can
improve purchasing management performance and minimize costs. For this, it is necessary to
research on the characteristics of internal communication highlighting its advantages and
disadvantages and also possible consequences. The methodology used was the case study of an
organization in the city of Araguaína - TO and, as a data collection instrument, a questionnaire
with 25 objective questions was used, analyzed in the quantitative and qualitative approach.
The questions refer to the various aspects that involve internal communication and interaction
between the 12 sectors that constitute a company and which communicate with the purchasing
sector. Moreover, through the analysis it can be evidenced that integrated communication is an
inclusion “tool” that opens space for everyone to give their opinion, hear and be heard, besides
allowing and enabling the exploration of technological mechanisms or not. |
