The present work treats of the cartoon as a rich source of interaction and learning for the
spectator children. It deals in particular with the cartoon "Dora the Adventurous" which, due to
its constant interactivity format, means that the audience that attends it surpasses the condition
of mere spectator to the condition of participant, in addition, the rules and situations placed
give, to drawing, a challenge game character. The objective of this study was to analyze the
Dora the adventurous drawing in order to understand if it contributes to children's cognitive,
perceptual and language development, as well as to analyze if their format develops as a
drawing or game. For the accomplishment of this work, support was sought in different authors
and, mainly, in internet sites and, also, a research with children was realized to realize what the
drawing Dora adventurous represents for them. At the end it can be concluded that the drawing
- as a drawing and playing - is educational and influences the positioning of the child when
having to make decisions in the face of some problem to be solved. |
