CNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRAS::LINGUA PORTUGUESA The objective of this study is to relate the main documents used by the Official Writing in a self-explanatory manual on how each one is made (meeting minutes, office, memorandum, among others) and to assist the academic community, primarily the students of the Federal University of Tocantins in its elaboration. The study has as theoretical foundation to develop the authors LIMA (2005); HERDADE (2007). Initially we carried out a survey regarding the objective, relating the main official documents that will be worked and then we did a research with the academics to know about their abilities about the subject, which characterizes this research as qualitative and bibliographical in which it was used of semi-structured questionnaire. The corpus of the work will be composed of 9 (nine) documents that compose the official correspondence. The result of this monograph is an official wording manual presented in the annex. O objetivo deste estudo é apresentar os principais documentos utilizados pela Redação Oficial em um manual autoexplicativo sobre como se confecciona cada um deles (ata de reunião, ofício, memorando, dentre outros) e auxiliar a comunidade acadêmica, prioritariamente os discentes da Universidade Federal do Tocantins, em sua elaboração. O estudo tem como fundamento teórico para se desenvolver os autores LIMA (2005); HERDADE (2007). Inicialmente, realizamos um levantamento referente ao objetivo, relacionando quais são os principais documentos oficiais que serão trabalhados e em seguida, fizemos uma pesquisa com os acadêmicos para saber sobre suas habilidades acerca do assunto, o que caracteriza esta pesquisa como qualitativa e bibliográfica na qual utilizou-se de questionário semiestruturado. O corpus do trabalho será composto de 9 (nove) documentos que compõem as correspondências oficias.
