The Supervised Curricular Internship was held at the University Veterinary Clinic of the Federal University of Tocantins (CVU-UFT), in Araguaína-TO, the internship period took place between May 11, 2021 and July 9, 2021, with a workload of 8 hours per day accounting for 352 hours of internship. Activities were carried out in the area of medical clinic of small animals, under the supervision of veterinarian Dr. Leonardo Vaz Burns and guidance of Teacher Andressa Francisca Silva Nogueira. This report is composed of the description of the place of internship and its operation, the activities developed during the internship period, the followed-up series and the procedures that were performed. During the internship period, 56 visits were followed, of these 47 animals were of the canine species and 9 of the feline species. This report presente a case about late eclampsia in five yars old female dog birth of a big brooding there are 28 day. The animal come to emergency atendimento presenting limb paresis, fasciculation of the muscles of the forelimbs, hyperthermia tachypnea, drooling. In anamnesis was reported that animal was anormal bleeding during the parturition and she was breastfeeding six puppies. Was report that was not done any kind of supplementation during the gestation ou after parturition. The food was based in homemade food. After the physical exam and the historic of animal was done emergency treatment with fluid therapy with saline solution0,9%, calcium10%, 0,22 mL/kg, glucose50%, 0,5 mL/kg and animal cooling with ice pack. The positive response of the animal to the treatment and the exclusion of other neurological disorders it was concluded that was eclampsia.
