The internship was developed with the company InRepro Consultoria Pecuária e Reprodução
Animal, property of the veterinarian Dr. Leandro Rodello, who was the supervisor, and under
the supervision of Prof. Dr. Aline Alberti Morgado. The internship took place from September
11th 2021 to November 17 th 2021, totalizing 345 hours. In this report the routine and some of
the difficulties in the field were presented, describing the activities of the 2997 consultations,
including clinical care, surgery, reproduction, and obstetrics care, with sample collection,
therapeutic prescriptions, and field diangostic tests. This report addressed the Strategic Control
of Bovine Mastitis, with simple language so that it becomes viable for any audience, due to the
incidence observed during the internship and the ineffective management for this type of
disease, being a work of great value for the activity of dairy cattle farming. The aim is that with
this work, awareness becomes more practical and simplifies the understanding of the
management of this type of illness.
