Resumo:
This work is a qualitative action research developed in a public school in Araguaína -TO. The research aimed to work the ludic as a way of motivation and English learning. We have tried to show that it is possible to break with the idea that you do not learn English in public schools and use our agency to review this discourse. We designed a project entitled “English motivation.” In this project some workshops were proposed to work the English language in a playful, pleasant and light way. The results were collected through questionnaires and narratives in which students reported about what was worked in the classroom and their perceptions. In this work, we will show the process of our actions and the apprehensions of the students during the time we were involved in this research.
