It also aims to answer how the discursive mechanisms can operate to reinforce a governmental political-ideological position. The hypothesis raised is that in countries where the imminence of armed conflicts is greater, the ideological tone of the military discourse arranged by discursive mechanisms tends to be more incisive, meeting political and governmental needs. In order to verify the confirmation or not of the hypothesis, two concepts stipulated by the Discourse Analysis were used, the enunciation scene and discursive ethos (MAINGUENAU 1996; 2004; 2008; 2015). Through the analysis of these constructions in the objects of the corpus, it was verified the cultural, social and ideological aspects under which these elements are constituted, and which are expressed by the discourse. Subsequently, the comparison between the advertisements was carried out, promoting comparisons on the state military thought of each of the countries that originate the objects. The Russian propaganda showed a highly incisive ideological tone, and the Brazilian one presented neutrality as a mechanism of persuasion, partially proving the hypothesis, since the ideological materialization in the Russian discourse is linked to the war context in which the country is inserted, while that of Brazilian advertising is more linked to the non-conflicting intention of the enunciator, than to the inexistence of conflicts per se. A presente pesquisa se estabelece como uma análise do discurso de duas propagandas de cunho militar disseminadas por veículos governamentais – a de recrutamento militar da Rússia e a de alistamento militar brasileiro, ambas as mais recentes –, com o intuito de verificar as concepções ideológicas expressas discursivamente pelos objetos, e de responder como os mecanismos discursivos podem operar para reforçar um posicionamento político-ideológico governamental. A hipótese levantada é a de que em países cuja eminência de conflitos armados é maior, o tom ideológico do discurso militar disposto por mecanismos discursivo tende a ser mais incisivos, atendendo a necessidades políticas e governamentais. A fins de verificar a confirmação ou não da hipótese, foram utilizados dois conceitos estipulados pela Análise do Discurso, o de cena da enunciação e ethos discursivo (MAINGUENAU, 1996; 2004; 2008; 2015). Por meio da análise dessas construções nos objetos do corpus, foram verificados os aspectos culturais, sociais e ideológicos sob os quais esses elementos se constituem, e que se encontram expressos pelo discurso. Posteriormente, realizou-se o cotejo entre as propagandas, promovendo comparações sobre o pensamento militar estatal de cada um dos países que originam os objetos. A propaganda russa mostrou-se de tom ideológico altamente incisivo e a brasileira apresentou a neutralidade como mecanismo de persuasão, comprovando parcialmente a hipótese, uma vez que a materialização ideológica no discurso russo se encontra ligada ao contexto de guerra que o país se insere, enquanto a da propaganda brasileira está mais vinculada a intenção não conflituosa do enunciador, do que com a inexistência de conflitos em si. 2022-12-07T20:06:26Z 2022-12-07T20:06:26Z 2022-12-07 Monografia GHIRALDELLI, Paula Ramos.
