The present work aims to show the importance of the Institutional
Program of Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) for teacher education, because
through the program it is possible to experience in the classroom, where analyzing this
reality closely is of paramount relevance. To achieve this research, a qualitative
analysis was carried out from the documents produced by the Pibid Center, its
contributions to the training of the graduate in Physical Education. The analysis of the
results shows that we understand that the 'being a teacher' is consolidated throughout
its formation. Through this research we can conclude that the PIBID has a significant
role in teacher education, because it allows the undergraduate to experience intensely
the approximation between undergraduate course theory and pedagogical practice,
progress in understanding, critical sense and use of new approaches. |
