Having as object the debate on the therapeutic communities in the country, between the years
of the institutions from 2011 to 2021, the objective is to direct the financing with public
resources to these entities, the legal provisions they contemplate and the materialized
intervention model of these entities. entities. The therapies have advanced advances in the
institution of reception and treatment with mental health demands affected by the harmful use
of psychoactive substances and that cover space in the provision of services, as much as the
legal entities that legitimize their performance as the means of public funding and as to the its
performance through public funding its inclusion as part of the Psychosocial Care Network.
To understand this scenario, documentary research was carried out on the government
platforms of the Portal da Transparência and Diário Oficial da União, on the Planalto website
and on research results published by IPEA and the Federal Council of Psychology. Drug use is
understood as an expression of the "social issue", based on the reproduction of capital in its
antagonistic relationships, so an intervention in the face of this demand must be based on the
strengthening of social protection policies, on the creation of health expansion , thus through
services that materialize the principles of the SUS, psychiatric reform and the anti-asylum
struggle. The Condominium indicates not only mental health, the reflection of therapeutic
communities, but also the transfer of resource resources, but also the transfer of resources in
