This work talks about double integrals with a pleasant language for easy understanding of it in
solving problems. Through it we will perform some applications using the calculation of area,
volume, center of mass, mass and moment of inertia. Thus, it is crucial to have an understanding
of its use, whether in mathematics, physics or other sciences. Therefore, we have the purpose of
rescuing, developing and exposing some essential concepts of double integrals in functions of
two real variables through algebraic, geometric interpretations and common problems for easy
resolution. In view of this, the purpose of this work is to show the usuality of double integrals
and their importance in the application of the calculations mentioned above
