The general objective is to inventory the ways in which the Euler Number is presented in high school textbooks. Supported by the principles of bibliographic research and categorization processes, an inventory was carried out on the Euler Number in four collections of high school mathematics textbooks, with six volumes in each of them and belonging to the National Textbook Program (PNLD). From the results it is highlighted that only three textbooks address the Euler Number, some contextualizing the history and relevant aspects, however this presentation takes place in association with other thematic areas, without specific development of the subject; perspectives are also pointed out regarding the concise relationship that must exist between the textbook and the National Curricular Common Base (BNCC), as a possibility for the development of teaching and learning in basic education. O presente trabalho constitui-se de uma investigação de abordagem qualitativa realizada nos livros didáticos de matemática do ensino médio, acerca da exploração dada ao Número de Euler nessas literaturas a partir da seguinte pergunta diretriz: O que os livros didáticos de Matemática do ensino médio apresentam a respeito do Número de Euler? O objetivo geral consiste em inventariar as formas com que o Número de Euler é apresentado nos livros didáticos do ensino médio. Amparado por princípios da pesquisa bibliográfica e processos de categorização, realizou-se um inventário sobre o Número de Euler em quatro coleções de livros didáticos de Matemática do ensino médio, com seis volumes em cada uma delas e pertencentes ao Programa Nacional do Livro Didático (PNLD). Dos resultados destaca-se que somente três livros didáticos abordam o Número de Euler, alguns contextualizando a história e aspectos relevantes, todavia essa apresentação acontece de forma associada a outras áreas temáticas, sem desenvolvimento específico do assunto; aponta-se também perspectivas quanto ao relacionamento conciso que deve existir entre o livro didático e a Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), como uma possibilidade para o desenvolvimento do ensino e da aprendizagem na educação básica. 2023-02-10T11:46:55Z 2023-02-10T11:46:55Z 2023 Monografia ARAÚJO, Lucas Pereira de.
