For this, we developed a study with a qualitative approach, whose technical procedures gave rise to a case study. We try to understand, from the observation and the speeches, how these teachers put into practice the pedagogical processes for the teaching of different disciplines in the area of music. We wanted to understand what knowledge they had, what their strategies were, what were the philosophies that guided these practices. Thus, the study was developed in four stages: a) in the first stage, the project was presented to the five professors of the Music area of the Bachelor's degree, for their knowledge and authorization to develop the study regarding the observation of their classes and the definition of which subjects were more favorable to follow; b) the second stage involved the activity of surveying and deepening the literature on the subject, the beginning of observation in the classroom and the preparation of guides for interviews and observations; c) the third stage, interviews were conducted with teachers and their transcripts; d) the fourth stage gave rise to the analysis and interpretation of data and the writing of the final report. From the analysis of the collaborators' speeches, we conclude and verify that there is a consensus among teachers about the need for articulation between the technical, human and political dimensions. Classroom observations highlighted the need to integrate theory-practice and to reflect on and analyze different theories in order to confront practice. We also evidence a point of convergence between the discourses and practices of teachers: social commitment, a contextualized vision, the link to a historical process of their training paths and concern for the sociocultural reality of students. It is hoped that the results of this study will inspire future research and contribute to researchers who intend to work on the same topic. O presente estudo procurou conhecer a prática didático-pedagógica dos professores da área de música do curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo do campus universitário Arraias da UFT. Para isso, foi desenvolvido um estudo de abordagem qualitativa, cujos procedimentos técnicos conduziram à realização de um estudo de caso. Buscou-se entender a partir da observação e dos discursos como esses professores colocavam em prática os processos pedagógicos para o ensino de diferentes disciplinas na área da música. Buscou-se compreender quais conhecimentos detinham, quais eram as suas estratégias, quais eram as filosofias que direcionavam essas práticas. Desse modo, o estudo foi desenvolvido em quatro etapas: a) na primeira etapa ocorreu a apresentação do projeto aos cinco docentes da área de Música do curso, para o conhecimento e a autorização para desenvolver o estudo no que se referia à observação das suas aulas e a definição de quais disciplinas eram mais favoráveis para serem acompanhadas; b) a segunda etapa envolveu a atividade do levantamento e aprofundamento da literatura sobre o tema, o início da observação em sala de aula e a elaboração dos guias para as entrevistas e para as observações; c) a terceira etapa realizou-se a aplicação das entrevistas aos docentes e as suas transcrições; d) a quarta etapa, deu lugar a realização das análises e interpretações dos dados e a redação do relatório final. A partir da análise dos discursos dos colaboradores, concluiu-se e verificou-se que existe um consenso entre os professores quanto a necessidade da articulação entre as dimensões técnica, humana e política. As observações em sala de aula evidenciaram a necessidade de se realizar a integração teoria-prática e da reflexão e análise de diferentes teorias para se confrontar com a prática. Evidenciamos também entre os discursos e as práticas dos professores, um ponto de convergência: o compromisso social, uma visão contextualizada, a vinculação a um processo histórico dos seus percursos formativos e a preocupação com a realidade sociocultural dos estudantes.
