This work provides to the academic community an analysis of the tender tests to math teachers in the states of Maranhão, Tocantins and Pará. Having as the main question: Which math subjects are present in the public tender tests provides by the states of Tocantins, Pará and Maranhão and which is the structure of presentation of the subjects?”. The purpose of this research is to analyze the tender tests emphasizing the math subjects in the tests in a way that the subjects are being exposed to the academic community the level of exigency required. We used the phenomenology, in the philosophically and methodology aspect to analyze and interpret the data, explaining the results of this study. The data analysis consists of eidetic and nomothetic reduction. In the first reduction, we presented what stoods out from the subject and the structure questions and the interpretation of the searcher according to what stood out in each question producing units of meanings (UM). In the second reduction, we executed an convergence of the contents and the structure that were shown in the UM, creating categories constructed by the convergences that highlight vestiges of the research phenomenon. Of the contests presents in the analyzed tests, we highlighted three categories that were repeated more frequently in the questions, to compare with the menus of the Pedagogical Project of the Course (PPC) of Graduation in Math of UFT, such as: Trigonometry; Plane Euclidean Geometry; and Basic Math A. The subjects of Trigonometry and Plane Euclidean Geometry are offered in accordance with menu of the discipline of Basic Math II and Plane Euclidean Geometry. From the Basic Math A, the contests are offered in agreement with the menu of Basic Math III, the others can be worked out in others subjects, however we understood them as basic education contests. Of the structure was highlighted: the statement of the question is in accordance with the traditional books of math; the question presents illustration in the wording; and the statement of the question presents application/connection with the reality. Most of the question are in accordance with the traditional math books, which offer standardized contente with a model of the type: concept; definition; theorem; demonstration; example; and exercise. The minority of questions presents application/connection with the reality, when there is a problem situation, or information, that is understood and/or solved with mathematics. It is understood that this research may provide a guidance for the academic students of the Math Graduation Course and other stakeholders to participate in the selection of tenders for Professor of Math in the States of Tocantins, Pará and Maranhão.
