Work with interdisciplinary within the classroom has been more frequently in
recent years, mainly within the science lessons. Based on this question, the
present study sought to make an investigation with the farmers within the free
markets, two regions of the north of Tocantins, to know what their concepts
relating to the topic agrochemicals, as well as the use, damage to human health
and the environment. To weave relations, interviewed also employees of two
government agencies that operate in support for rural producers. The interviews
were transcribed and the data analyzed. A folder, for farmers and a lecture for
students of Basic Education in one of the regions where the research was
conducted. However, note that the issue is controversial and should be
discussed beyond the walls of the school.
