Undoubtedly one of the greatest challenges in the society, because it involves much more than the students witch especial needs, it envolves the Family, the society and the school. The theme of this Project is school inclusion. Its na exploratory research, therefore this study has the objective of promoting a reflection on school inclusion and the necessity of capacitating employees to promote it. Looking at the initial and continued formation of teachers making use of methodological procedures and tools such as surverys to search to diagnose the inclusive reality of the Tocantins Federal University in Araguaína, through the conceptions of students and teachers of the Natural Science courses. An exploratory study about the theme inclusion and the Laws that manage the teacher ́s formation for this cause was made to formulate a theoretical basis of the theme and gather information that help the discussion. A educação Inclusiva é um assunto de suma importância principalmente no que diz respeito aos profissionais de educação que devem estar aptos a essa prática. É sem dúvida um dos maiores desafios da sociedade, pois envolve muito mais que as pessoas portadoras de deficiência, envolve a família, a sociedade e a escola. O presente trabalho tem como tema Inclusão Escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, assim o presente estudo tem por objetivo promover uma reflexão acerca da Inclusão Escolar e a necessidade de formação docente para promovê-la. Com um olhar apontado para a formação inicial e continuada de professores utilizando-se de procedimentos metodológico o uso de ferramentas como questionários para assim buscar diagnosticar a realidade inclusiva na Universidade Federal do Tocantins – Campus Araguaína, através das concepções de docentes e alunos dos cursos de Ciências Naturais. Para fundamentar teoricamente o tema e reunir informações que auxiliem a discussão dos dados obtidos pelas pesquisas, realizou-se um estudo exploratório sobre o tema inclusão, leis que versam sobre a inclusão e a formação de professores para atender essa demanda. 2023-03-24T18:01:16Z 2023-03-24T18:01:16Z 2023-03-24 Monografia SILVA, Geison Cardoso.
