Globalization, technology and structural unemployment issues are extensively
discussed today. To act a clearer understanding regarding this phenomenon, we
tried to trace some interrelations of this issue with the advent of technology, seeking
to gain a greater understanding of structural unemployment. Noting that

Brazil was not out of this aspect, since the world's economies are globalized. The
study addresses the globalization process, from its inception to current times, with a
direct focus on the labor market, resulting in considerable changes in the
organization and structure of companies in the process of work / production and
