Resumo:
This paper presents a proposal for interactive digital innovation integrated to regional development, focusing on the preservation of the intangible heritage and cultural material of Tocantins, its propagation and dissemination. In the midst of the complex set of variables that permeate the local cultural spheres contrasted by the expansion and dominance of new technologies and social movements, an opportunity arises, the unification of a technological innovation combined with the beauty and simplicity of traditional customs through the creation of an application for smartphones, the Sons da Terra app, brings the community closer to its cultural heritage in an attractive and interactive way. In this perspective, this study aims to identify, record and catalog the most diverse regional instruments present in the state, ensuring its historical permanence as an e-form and making its reproduction available in the form of interactive applications, helping to disseminate properties and specificities. state, promoting regional culture. This exploratory and descriptive study was initially carried out with the contextualization of a bibliographic research and a literature review, through surveys and action research. Hypotheses were raised for this applied research, configuring a hypothetical- deductive method with a quantitative-qualitative approach. With the development of the application and the studies analyzed, it was possible to locate the regional instruments throughout the state and with that to verify the importance of the digital conservation of sounds and musicalities to help in the rescue of the culture of traditional communities and as interactive tools such as applications, their respective registrations and brand development help in cultural propagation, with technologies and innovations being an important instrument for the development of culture and the perpetuation of art. As a product, the Sons da Terra application was developed and a request for trademark and software registration was made to the INPI, as well as the respective user manual. The application is an interactive innovation that allows the reproduction of regional instruments from Tocantins, with a presentation of the history and ways of manufacturing the instruments presented.
