The supervised curricular stage was carried out by ADAPEC-TO, in the period from
October 3, 2016 to January 17, 2017, totaling 576 hours of activities. During this period,
several activities related to quality control and the program adopted by the self-control
company were monitored and carried out; The PACs in the Slaughterhouse-Frigorífico -
Association of the Retail Trade of Fresh Meat and By-products / ASSOCARNE, in the
city of Araguaína - Tocantins, under the guidance of the Inspector of Agricultural
Defense Dawes Rodrigues Sousa Lima, as a requirement to obtain the credits required
for the conclusion Of the Animal Science course taught by the Federal University of
Tocantins, where it was possible to put my acquired knowledge in the undergraduate
