The social project Educanção the aim was to teach music to children and teenagers aged between 10 and 15 who attended the city’s public schools. We started with the question of whether music teaching in the project Educanção can it be thought of as a potential for an integral education of the human being?. Based on our theoretical foundation, which covered social projects and music teaching, non-formal music teaching, as well as the importance of music for the development of extra-musical skills, we can say that the way the project Educanção was developed was the following it could be an instrument of integral education, in other words, one that looks at the human being as a whole, one that is systemic. Este trabalho trata de um relato de experiência avaliativo do Projeto intitulado Educanção, que aconteceu na cidade de Praia Norte, entre os anos de 2020 a 2023, cidade esta fica localizada no extremo norte do Estado do Tocantins na região do Bico do Papagaio. O projeto social Educanção visava ensinar música para crianças e adolescentes de 10 a 15 anos que frequentavam as escolas públicas municipais da cidade. Partimos da pergunta se o ensino de música no Projeto Educanção pode ser pensado como um potencializador de uma educação integral do ser humano?. E a partir de nossa fundamentação teórica que perpassou projetos sociais e o ensino de música, ensino coletivo de violão e canto, ensino de música não-formal, bem como a importância da música para o desenvolvimento de habilidades extramusicais, podemos dizer que da maneira que foi desenvolvido o Projeto Educanção pôde ser um instrumento de educação integral, ou seja, que olhe para o ser humano por completo, que seja sistêmica. 2023-09-28T11:31:44Z 2023-09-28T11:31:44Z 2023-09-01 Monografia Benedito Pereira Dos Santos.
