The Political Pedagogical Project for non-formal education in reflective groups, for
those fulfilling alternative measures in crimes of domestic violence, is a study that takes
into account the problem of violence against women and mediations related to the
theme. With the objective of elucidating the theme on the historical, social and
psychosocial characteristics, transposing the theme, to a debate of social character,
seeking not only the punishment to the act of violence, but also, proposing so that the
episodes are not repeated. Based on current programs that address the issue, the
study was formulated with respect to the laws and documents produced about the
social proposal of re-education of the individual who commits the crime of domestic
violence. Bringing the debate of how important is the social formation on the subject,
in addition to, as the psychological factors are interspersed in the spread of crime.
Proposing a new vision on the ways of working to create a new perception of
aggression, as well as to end the recurrence of crime by the author aiming at the
proposal to create a political pedagogical project in education does not form to fulfill
alternative measures for crimes of violence against women.
