Resumo:
The use of pesticides in Brazilian agriculture provides a creation that a relevant part of the population is exposed to these substances harmful to health in different proportions, by different means of wide exposure. As a consequence of this public health problem in Brazil, the Ministry of Health, published in 2012 the ORDINANCE GM/MS Nº 2.938, which establishes and promotes the Health Surveillance of Populations Exposed to Pesticides (VSPEA), aimed at meeting states and Federal District. The existence of challenges in the processes of detection of intoxications and their monitoring of health surveillance, from the fundamental principles of prevention, control and improvement of health conditions (BARROS, 2021). Given this context, the objective of this study is to perform analysis and discovery of knowledge in epidemiological data on pesticide poisoning, according to data from the National System of Compulsory Notification of Diseases (SINAN), correlating with data from the secondary, Mortality Information System ( SIM) and Live Birth Information System (SINASC), in the period from 2008 to 2019 in the state of Tocantins. For this, study methods with a quantitative, observational and descriptive approach were used. Exploratory data analysis was used to investigate the attributes of characteristics of people affected by exogenous intoxication by pesticides, disease, space and time. With the application of data mining, using associations and predictive modeling, models of patterns of development of profiles of the cases were selected, subsidizing the evaluation and development of knowledge by a specialist agent of the domain. With the results obtained, the patterns found allow us to identify the characteristics of the most intoxicated people in urban areas, by exposure in a single dose, with recovery without sequelae, with the male population being the most appropriate. Due to the need to establish methodologically rigorously for the definition and treatment of data with insertion errors and noise increase, methodologically expose the works of SINAN. This one seeks to formulate interdisciplinarity health research and exemplify the application of the potential of pesticide poisoning data, an application of the work of the state of health of Tocantins, providing for the control of interdisciplinary health, and promoting prevention for the
