Considering the current panorama of the use of technologies in Teaching and Learning in Inclusive Education contexts in Brazil, before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, the objective is to understand how the use of Educational Technologies, in Special Education, can assist in teaching and learning of students with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). ASD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that begins in childhood, with significant delays in language acquisition, social interaction, restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior, interests or activities, and excessive adherence to routines. This dissertation seeks to correlate teaching with teacher training, with the purpose of demonstrating the importance of technology in the student learning process. We sought to carry out a study of Special Education, Multifunctional Resource Rooms, digital information technologies and teacher training. Continuing training for teachers in the municipality of Palmas-TO was carried out as a research product, with a structured schedule. Regarding the nature of Applied research, exploratory-descriptive objectives, the approach to the qualitative problem and the bibliographic procedure. In short, this dissertation contributes to the advancement of knowledge about the use of digital information and communication technologies for teachers who work in special education in Palmas-TO.
