Resumo:
The present work aims to discuss and analyze the psychosocial intervention in the field of mental health directed to studies of the historical trajectory of the health network, discussing the mental health relationship and its fundamentals related to work. In the same vein, the social place of madness is exemplified and how individuals with some type of disorder were treated, with insufficient studies at the time on the subject. Along with the new forms of work and updating of capitalist production modes, mental illness has been dominating male and female workers worldwide. Aiming to achieve the research objectives, the methodological procedures are based on the use of bibliographic support of a qualitative nature for better understanding and understanding, with authors that cover the theme of health and its ramifications, and mental health and its current context. The use of the observational method is present in the research, as seen in the relationship between the conclusion work and the internship field, which first requires the use of observation and analysis, described in the internship field diary. The statistical method was used in the research, doing justice to the qualitative and quantitative data because it is objectively data and numerical percentages about cases of mental disorders and specific diagnoses in the health regions of the state of Tocantins, between the years 2020 to 2022. Through the result of the data, the construction of statistical graphs was made with the aim of reinforcing the conclusions obtained through the data taken from the Information System for Notifiable Diseases (Sinan).
