This internship study analyzed the production of the 2020/21 crop of soybean (Glycine max L.) Merril at Fazenda Murici, located in the municipality of Peixe, State of Tocantins, through a report issued by the consulting firm Máxima Consultoria. The general objective of the research is to interpret the company's results from the understanding of agricultural planning. The methodology used was based on a quantitative evaluation, based on the compilation of data contained in the report on production costs and results. The analysis of the information collected by the property initially indicated the importance of agricultural planning in the business context, since cultivation without proper planning represents a serious risk for the economic production of the crop. The frequency of each group and their total cost acts were analyzed. It was found that spending on correctives and fertilizers exceeded other costs. The production of the 2020/21 crop at Fazenda Muruci was high, reaching a productivity of 74 bags per hectare. This index index can be considered extremely successful. Among the reasons for the level of production, it is possible to achieve good planning and correct use of fertilizer and soil correction inputs, as well as commercial pesticides correctly in the control of pests and diseases. Thus, production exceeded the national average per hectare, in addition to having achieved the expected profit for soy cultivation.
