The study is methodologically based on experiences and memories that refer to the community. Method popularized mainly by the literature of Conceição Evaristo. At first we deal with the experience of writing, which we also call writing about situations I experienced, in various contexts, such as in a clothing store, in a supermarket, in a school. In a second moment, we relate the writings with the literary contributions of two books by Conceição Evaristo: Olhos D’Água and Becos da Memória. In these literary works, through short stories, the author takes us to the life stories of black women, the majority of whom are in situations of violence. The methodological contact with the revisited stories provided the achievement of the research objectives, with regard to the anti-racist critical report and analysis of these same memories, revisited, loaded with prejudice, discrimination and racism.
