However, in Education these important tools are not being well used, such as, for example, to support literacy. This can be seen in the teaching-learning process of most basic education institutions in Brazil. In view of this, the main objective of this work is to investigate how digital technologies are being applied in the Teaching of Geography at the Felix Camoa I School, in the municipality of Porto Nacional. As a methodology, we opted for a bibliographic survey on the subject in question, followed by field studies, where questionnaires were produced and applied to three classes of the 1st year of high school and to two Geography teachers at the school. Among the results, it is highlighted that there is the availability of technological resources, by the school and the students, as well as the existence of some knowledge, of the students and teachers of Geography, about some applications and their functionalities, but they are not used as resources. didactics in Geography classes. Quando o assunto é tecnologias digitais, internet, informação e comunicação, é certo dizer que a realidade de hoje é muito distinta do que havia algumas décadas atrás, algumas áreas como: a da Medicina, Engenharia e Serviços, utilizam a tecnologia para seu benefício, para alcançar seus objetivos com rapidez e eficácia. Porém, na Educação essas importantes ferramentas não estão sendo bem utilizadas, como, por exemplo, no suporte a alfabetização. Isso pode ser percebido no processo de ensino aprendizagem da maioria das instituições de ensino básico do Brasil. Em vista disso, o trabalho tem como objetivo principal investigar como as tecnologias digitais estão sendo aplicadas no Ensino de Geografia da Escola Felix Camoa I, município de Porto Nacional. Como metodologia optou-se por um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a temática em questão, seguido de estudos de campo, onde foram produzidos e aplicados questionários a três turmas do 1° ano do ensino médio e à duas professoras de Geografia da escola. Entre os resultados destaca-se que existe a disponibilidade de recursos tecnológicos, por parte da escola e dos alunos, bem como a existência de alguns conhecimentos, dos alunos e professoras de Geografia, sobre alguns aplicativos e suas funcionalidades, porém não são utilizados como recursos didáticos nas aulas de Geografia. 2025-01-14T15:43:26Z 2025-01-14T15:43:26Z 2025-01-14 Artigo NEGRÃO, Mikcael Paes.
