For this purpose, we used a qualitative methodology, classified as a bibliographic review, based on information gathered from research databases. A literature review was conducted through the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and the CAPES Catalog of Theses and Dissertations. In order to achieve this objective, an initial research was conducted on theoretical references, where some authors discuss topics such as child violence, emotional deprivation, protection networks, and professionals working in these networks and institutions. Considering that these networks are responsible for providing emotional and social support, aiming to promote the well-being and development of these children, it is crucial to identify effective practices and areas for improvement to ensure that children receive the necessary care to overcome trauma and build a solid foundation for their future. As a result, we observed that professionals face challenges such as intersectoral disarticulation. These difficulties compromise the effectiveness of the networks and reinforce the need for more coordinated strategies. Thus, we highlight the importance of strengthening the articulation between protection, health, social assistance, education networks, and intersectorality, to offer integrated and efficient care. Furthermore, it is essential to invest in the continuous training of professionals. A presente pesquisa apresenta como objetivo, compreender a atuação das Redes de Assistência e Educação no que se refere às crianças vítimas de violência, para tanto, utilizamos a metodologia qualitativa, classificando-se como revisão bibliográfica, a partir do levantamento de informações nas bases de pesquisa, onde foi realizada revisão de literatura através do Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO) e Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações – CAPES. Uma vez que para se chegar nesse objetivo, inicialmente foi realizado uma pesquisa sobre referenciais teóricos onde alguns autores discutem sobre temas como a violência infantil, privação afetiva, Redes de proteção e profissionais que atuam nas Redes e instituições. Tendo em vista que essas redes são responsáveis pelo suporte emocional e social, visando promover o bem-estar e o desenvolvimento dessas crianças, é primordial identificar práticas eficazes e áreas de melhoria para garantir que as crianças recebam o cuidado necessário para superar os traumas e construir uma base sólida para o seu futuro. Como resultados observamos que os profissionais enfrentam desafios como a desarticulação intersetorial. Essas dificuldades comprometem a eficácia das redes e reforçam a necessidade de estratégias mais coordenadas. Desse modo, assinalamos a importância de fortalecer a articulação entre as redes de proteção, saúde, assistência social, educação, e intersetorialidade, para oferecer um atendimento integrado e eficiente.
