This is the conclusive technical report of the investigative process of the Saber Sem Fronteiras
Program, developed by the School of the Judiciary of the State of Acre (ESJUD), which aims
to promote continuous training, improvement, and specialization of magistrates and civil
servants from Acre. The general objective of the research was to promote continuous training,
improvement, and specialization of magistrates and civil servants. The Program presents a
formative pathway with a competency-based and active learning approach, allowing for the
development of skills, attitudes, and values in various areas of knowledge. The participatory
approach of the Action Research methodology enables a deep understanding of the needs and
challenges faced by the professionals involved. Guided by the theoretical premises of the Action
Research methodology, with an emphasis on the 80-20 Theory, systemic vision, transversality,
interdisciplinarity, and human rights. The main qualitative results included the simplification
of activity management. On the quantitative side, there was a concentration of human resources
in areas of greater impact, an increase and balance in the productivity of civil servants and
magistrates, a reduction in the backlog by more than 20% within one year, a surpassing of
archived cases compared to new ones received, and a consequent improvement in the delivery
of judicial services. |
