The idea of this article is a reflection about Supplementary Educational Program for
Adolescents in Social Risk Situation, of the Amapá State Court in almost two
decades old. In outline, we want to present their dismemberment, justification,
objectives, goals and results. This study also seeks to clarify how this initiative to
TJAP it is aligned with the Public Policy and National Guidelines, aimed at paragraph
to children and adolescents protection in vulnerable social situation in Brazilian
society, acting in dignity rescue these young people, providing opportunities to them,
work activities and civic values. The program has the scope awareness, prevention
and combating juvenile delinquency, removing streets and squares, hundreds of
young people across the State, and the inclusion of this segment to the market and
work. This article, in instrumental form, also wants to report a lived experience of both
young and their families in participating in the project. |
