For this, a research of documentary character, in which an analysis was made off all editions of the PROFMAT-ENA test. The questions involving the content of statistics were analyzed and classified according to the levels of statistical literacy (WATSON and CALLINGHAM, 2003), and, where applicable, they were analyzed and classified according to the levels of reading and understanding of tables and graphs (WAINER, 1995; CURCIO, 1989) levels of table comprehension (WAINER, 1995) for questions involving tables and levels of graphical understanding (CURCIO, 1989) for questions involving statistical graphs. The main results point to the predominance of questions that demand consistent non-critical (50.00%) and informal (30.00%) levels for statistical literacy, from the level reading between data (100.00%) for graphic comprehension and intermediate level (50.00%) and advanced level (50.00%) for reading and understanding table. Some aspects associated with the construction of the statistical reasoning and thinking present in the tests will be discussed and some questions of the tests will be analyzed according to the characteristics of statistical literacy that they originate. O objetivo da pesquisa é investigar e discutir como os conteúdos de Estatística vêm sendo abordados dentro da perspectiva da construção do letramento estatístico nas provas do Exame Nacional de Acesso (ENA) ao Mestrado profissional em Matemática em Rede Nacional (PROFMAT), no período que vai de 2011 a 2019. Para tal, foi produzida uma pesquisa de caráter documental, na qual foi feita uma análise de todas as edições da prova do PROFMAT-ENA. As questões que envolviam o conteúdo de Estatística foram analisadas e classificadas segundo os níveis de letramento estatístico (WATSON e CALLINGHAM, 2003), e, nos casos em que se aplicava, analisadas e classificadas segundo os níveis de leitura e compreensão de tabelas e gráficos (WAINER,1995; CURCIO, 1989). Os principais resultados apontam para a predominância de questões que demandam os níveis consistente não crítico (50,00%) e informal (30,00%) para letramento estatístico, do nível ler entre os dados (100,00%) para a compreensão gráfica e do nível intermediário (50,00%) e nível avançado (50,00%) para a leitura e compreensão de tabelas.
