The research directs its attention to the shamanic and ontological relational relationships of the Borari people, having delved into what the literature calls caboclo shamanism at a local level. Esta pesquisa etnográfica foca no estudo do xamanismo do povo indígena Borari de Alter do Chão e suas interações com seres não-humanos, particularmente com os seres chamados de encantados. A etnografia destaca a centralidade do estudo do xamanismo para entender a conexão dos Borari com seu território.
