Com as crescentes mudanças ocorridas no planeta e na sociedade, o presente artigo enfoca a importância de desenvolver novas metodologias e direcionar para uma prática pedagógica e que possa abranger o contexto escolar no ensino médio. Na mas propalada era da globalização ainda depara-se com métodos tradicionais em determinados educandários. Neste sentido é fundamental que os professores passem a utilizar em seus métodos inovadores, e assim tornando-se mais atraentes suas atividades mediante a seus alunos, visto que na era tecnológica na qual estamos inseridos, é necessário repensar sobre a prática docente, visando à necessidade de criar situações inovadoras no que se refere às metodologias de ensino / aprendizagem, explorando os diferentes tipos de linguagem. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica para servir de base teórica a temática proposta.
