This paper titled ―The professional Executive Secretariat as manager‖ made a literature search about the strategic position of the performance of the Executive Secretary to use their skills and expertise as a differential in carrying out its activities, becoming a professional manager within the organization and distinguished by its efficiency and effectiveness. The objective of the research is to identify how this professional is seen in today's globalized labor market through a literature search that includes authors such as Durante, Rodrigues, Nonato Junior and Natalense, who discuss on the subject. In view of The Executive Secretary has been known adapting by major technological and market changes that require her/him a new posture, that currently aggregate new management skills as to be practical, agile, proactive, multifunctional, finally, these characteristics that lead the executive secretariat of the professional in possession of a management secretarial within the organization
