This research aimed to study a new look on the manager's performance of professional secretarial executive in strategic planning of organizations doing a comparative analysis of vision manager x Executive Secretary, through careful studies related organizations, planning, and strategies that professional area, making a professional approach like this is inserted and acts within the company. Thus, we can classify as a bibliographical research, quantitative and qualitative study to be a descriptive and inductive approach, with a field study conducted with 20 professionals working in the labor market, dividing 10 for Professional Secretarial executive and 10 to their respective managers. For data collection technique was used in the questionnaire, with closed questions, which were addressed in some points questions differentiated between them. Data analyzes demonstrate the positive perception that managers have about the profession of executive secretariat within the company with great skills and abilities to work in any of the levels of decision-making organizations, in contrast identified the vision of professional executive secretariat about his role as the technical skills of the profession, despite the vast knowledge gained in academia |
