Focusing the analysis according action agents point of view, considering the outspread of the intersection of processes related to family, individual, communitary and associative life, with that mobilized by agents bound to state bureaucracy, legal apparatus, comprehensive spectrum institutional environments. The research methodology involved theoretical aspects as well empirical ones in accordance to the construction of quality data (participant observation, interviews, bibliography), consenting to the theoretical reference of analytical theory of structuration. Such approach allowed us to understand the field of construction of the redefined way of life of the Reserva inhabitants, so, institutionality refocused in the context of social changes due to State intervention, perceived from privileging the structure and the action, the subject and the object, fundamental to human interaction analysis. By this field of interaction are together the relations of power, referential to sanctions definitions and redefinitions, rules and resources that overlap to informal institutions that organize day-to-day life for local agents. As a result, are demonstrated that changes occurred in structural properties fundamental to the ways of social organization of Resex´s inhabitants, relative to production for own consumption, to collective labor (puxirum), to standards of land usage and the associative forms of representation. Nevertheless, not all changes in these structural properties had as a change factor the institutionalities projected by Reserva´s institutionalization. Other factors are associated to them, like: increased State presence, institutionalizing social assistance programs, education and health promotion, which create waged job opportunities in the communities, altering the economical dynamics of agriculture and extractive products. Pelo presente texto de tese tratou-se de processos de mudanças nos modos de organização social de grupos sociais residentes na Reserva Extrativista Tapajós-Arapiuns, estado do Pará. Foco a análise segundo o ponto de vista dos agentes da ação, considerando os desdobramentos da interseção de processos relacionados à vida familiar, individual, comunitária e associativa, com aqueles mobilizados por agentes vinculados a burocracias estatais, aparatos jurídicos, enfim, ambientes institucionais de espectro abrangentes. A elaboração metodológica da pesquisa envolveu aspectos teóricos e empíricos em conformidade à construção qualitativa de dados (observação participante, entrevistas, pesquisa bibliográfica), em consonância com referência teórica do arcabouço analítico da teoria da estruturação. Tal abordagem permitiu-me compreender o campo de construção de redefinido modo de vida dos moradores da Reserva, portanto, institucionalidade reorientada no contexto de mudanças sociais decorrentes da intervenção do Estado, apreendida a partir do privilegiamento compreensivo da estrutura e a ação, o sujeito e o objeto –, fundamentais à análise das interações humanas. Por esse campo de interação, estão envolvidas relações de poder, referenciais à definição e redefinição de sanções, regras e recursos que se sobrepõem a instituições informais que organizam a vida cotidiana dos agentes locais. Como resultado, demonstro que ocorreram mudanças em propriedades estruturais fundamentais dos modos de organização social dos moradores da Resex, relativas à produção para autoconsumo, ao trabalho em mutirão (puxirum), aos padrões de uso da terra e às formas associativas de representação. Contudo, nem todas as mudanças nessas propriedades estruturais tiveram como fator de mudança as institucionalidades projetadas pela institucionalização da Reserva.
