The fauna surveys allow the knowledge of the richness of species present in a determined region, being fundamental for future conservation strategies. In this context, this work aimed to carry out a survey of the herpetofauna of the Estação Ecológica de Maracá-Jipioca, in order to obtain pertinent information to complement the management plan, as well as to measure the richness of this fauna group aiming at its conservation. The present study was carried out at the Ecological Station of Maracá-Jipioca, located in the northern channel of the state of Amapá, from April 2019 to February 2020, with field work carried out every three months, during five days each, through different capture methodologies. A total of 210 individuals of 29 species (9 amphibians and 20 reptiles) were registered at the Ecological Station of Maracá-Jipioca. For anurans, the family Hylidae (6 species) was the most representative, with the higher number of species, and for reptiles, was the family Teiidae (4 species). The active and auditory search proved to be the most efficient method, being responsible for 78.2% of the captured individuals. The use of different capture methodologies proved to be effective, as well as in several other surveys of herpetofauna. This work provides data that seeks to fill part of the existing gaps in relation to the herpetofauna of the state of Amapá and assists in the conservation of species. Em relação ao escudo guianense, o estado do Amapá é destacado como a região com maior riqueza de anfíbios e répteis, entretanto, existe uma lacuna no conhecimento, quando comparado ao número de espécies existentes no território amapaense. Os levantamentos de fauna permitem o conhecimento da riqueza de espécies presentes em determinada região, sendo fundamentais para futuras estratégias de conservação. Neste contexto, este trabalho teve como objetivo realizar um levantamento da herpetofauna da Estação Ecológica de Maracá-Jipioca, a fim de se obter informações pertinentes a complementação do plano de manejo, bem como dimensionar a riqueza desse grupo faunístico visando a sua conservação. O presente estudo foi realizado na Estação Ecológica de Maracá-Jipioca, localizada na calha norte do estado do Amapá, durante o período de abril de 2019 a fevereiro de 2020, sendo as coletas executadas a cada três meses, com duração de cinco dias cada, através de diversas metodologias de captura. Um total de 210 indivíduos de 29 espécies (9 de anfíbios e 20 de répteis) foram registrados na Estação Ecológica de Maracá-Jipioca. Para os anuros, a família Hylidae (6 espécies) apresentou um maior número de espécies, e para os répteis, a família Teiidae (4 espécies). A busca ativa e auditiva mostrou ser o método mais eficiente, sendo responsável por 78,2 % dos indivíduos capturados. O uso de diversas metodologias de captura se mostrou eficaz assim como em diversos outros trabalhos de levantamento de herpetofauna.
