The construction of four pairs of sentences (active and passive) under conditional control was taught as a baseline. Then there were repeated tests for emergence of conditional control on the construction of new sentences in active and passive voice, composed by recombinations of the baseline sentences. Finally, a maintenance performance test was applied 45 days after the end of the study. For each pair of sentence, three children were subjected to the training of sequence in the active order followed by the sequence in the passive order, and so on, and the other three children were subjected to the reverse training. All the children learned to construct the baseline sentences under conditional control, requiring more exposition on passive sentences training to reach the learning criteria. In the repeated tests for emergence of conditional control on the construction of new sentences, the number of correct constructions in the active (92,4%) was greater than in the passive (31%), regardless of the teaching order of sentences. In the maintenance test, the performance increased, with 78,9% correct in passive and 80,3% in active. In this study a better performance in the maintenance test was observed in relation to previous studies, suggesting that the training of greater number of baseline sentences is a favoring condition for maintenance of the repertoire. CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior Este estudo buscou condições de ensino para produzir e manter repertório de construção de sentenças na voz ativa e passiva, sob controle condicional de cores, em seis crianças com histórico de fracasso escolar. A construção de quatro pares de sentenças (uma ativa e uma passiva) sob controle condicional foi ensinada como linha de base. Seguiram-se testes repetidos de emergência de controle condicional sobre a construção de novas sentenças na voz ativa e passiva, compostas por recombinações das sentenças de linha de base. Por fim, aplicou-se um teste de manutenção desse desempenho após 45 dias do encerramento do estudo. Para cada par de sentenças, três crianças foram submetidas ao treino da sequência na ordem ativa seguido da sequência na ordem passiva, e assim sucessivamente, e as outras três crianças passaram pelo treino inverso. Todas as crianças aprenderam a construir as sentenças de linha de base sob controle condicional, sendo necessárias mais exposições ao treino das sentenças da passiva para atingir os critérios de aprendizagem. Nos testes de desempenho emergente de recombinação, o número de construções corretas na ativa (92,4%) foi maior do que na passiva (31%), independente da ordem de ensino das sentenças. No teste de manutenção, o desempenho cresceu, sendo 78,9 % corretos para a passiva e 80,3% para a ativa.
