By addressing the characteristics of the amazonian persona, through messages and notices spread by the Alô, alô Amazônia broadcast, we seek to analyze the text, its marks and attributes. The main theoretical and methodological framework is based on authors such as Benetti, Bakhtin and Bourdieu. We acknowledge the relevance of radio for the riverside communities from the states of Pará and Amapá, even with the effervescence of social networks, emphasizing the relation established between listeners and radio broadcasters. The quantitative analysis of 117 messages also revealed that the female audience is the one that sends the most messages and the male audience is the one that receives the most. The texts draws attention to the kinship that precedes these people's names; to the river, its main avenue; to the river network, its main mean of transport; and to the different religions, which are part of the daily life and habits of the riverside dwellers. Esta pesquisa se propõe analisar o discurso produzido pelos ouvintes da Rádio Difusora de Macapá, buscando compreender de que forma se dá a interação entre os ouvintes e a rádio. Ao abordar as características do sujeito amazônico, a partir da análise de seus recados e mensagens, divulgados no programa Alô, Alô Amazônia, procuramos analisar o texto, suas marcas e suas características. O referencial teórico e metodológico principal traz autores como Benetti, Bakhtin e Bourdieu. Constatamos a importância do rádio para as comunidades ribeirinhas dos estados do Pará e Amapá, mesmo em tempo de efervescência das redes sociais, com ênfase para a relação estabelecida entre ouvintes e locutores. A análise quantitativa de 117 mensagens nos mostrou também que o público feminino é o que mais envia mensagens e o público masculino o que mais recebe. Os textos chamam a atenção para as relações de parentesco que precedem seus nomes; para o rio, sua principal avenida; para malha fluvial, principal meio de transporte; e para as diferentes religiões, que fazem parte do cotidiano e dos hábitos dos ribeirinhos.
