Discussions, as the national guard’s appearance, his/her legislation and his/her formation, are thematic that compose this work and the object in subject, exactly for provoking debates and inquietudes in the breast of the Província Paraense of the first half of the century XIX. This way, the problematização controls in understanding as certain social subjects - national guards - they were made presents in the breast of the society wrapped up paraense in tensions and relationships of force in a period of intense infra-structural transformations that the own Regency tried operacionalizar. The guard’s national paraense formation, in this context, was constituted as normatização mechanism and adaptation of a pattern comportamental legalistic tax to a society - until then “forgotten” - that had different interests, that space from the simple treatment of the farming to needs tied mercadológicas the Portuguese metropolis. Este artigo procurou refletir sobre algumas questões que ajudaram a revelar tensões na Província Paraense. Discussões como o surgimento da guarda nacional, sua legislação e sua formação são temáticas que compõem este trabalho e o objeto em questão, justo por provocar debates e inquietações no seio da Província Paraense da primeira metade do século XIX. Deste modo, a problematização se contém em compreender como determinados sujeitos sociais – guardas nacionais – se fizeram presentes no seio da sociedade paraense envoltos em tensões e relações de força em um período de intensas transformações infra-estruturais que a própria Regência tentou operacionalizar. A formação da guarda nacional paraense, neste contexto, se constituiu como mecanismo de normatização e adequação de um padrão comportamental legalista imposto a uma sociedade – até então “esquecida”– que tinha interesses distintos, que vão desde o simples trato da lavoura a necessidades mercadológicas ligadas à metrópole lusitana. 2020-10-19T14:39:29Z 2020-10-19T14:39:29Z 2013-04 Artigo de Periódico NUNES, Herlon Ricardo Seixas.
