Based on a bibliographic data, experiences as a student at the Pará University State (UEPA) and an exploratory research conducted in this study, allowed to observe the education of deaf people from their visual experiences and their linguistic, which justifies the character of this research, we seek to contribute directly to the education of the deaf in higher education, creating strategies to support teachers in order to adapt complex content and streamline the content to visual forms that take into account the specificities of deaf people. It is proposed a manual with instructions for producing a bilingual application, which presents specific terms of a certain area of knowledge. To prepare this manual, an application will be created for Linguistic Processes, a fundamental discipline of the Language Degree Libras (Brazilian Sign Language), offered by UEPA. The application presents: specific terms and their concepts, as well as a brief example, texts and PDF files and contact with the teacher. The general objective of this work is to conceive and develop a manual for the production of a bilingual application (Portuguese-Libras) for teachers who work with deaf students, from the Language Degree Libras, seeking to enhance the learning of the specific terms of the Processes discipline Linguistic. The specific objectives that will guide the stages of this work are: To carry out bibliographic research about a bilingual application (Portuguese-Libras); Identify terms that students have learning difficulties in the discipline Linguistic Processes; Translate the terms, concepts and examples of the Portuguese language into Libras; Produce videos in Libras for the application; Develop a bilingual application in the Linguistic Processes discipline; Design and evaluate the manual; Disseminate the results obtained through publication and presentation at events. The study carried out by research with a quantitative qualitative approach, in data collection was carried out through a questionnaire followed by a semi-structured interview, allowing participation, bidirectional interactions. After researching related works, an analysis was carried out on three applications used in the educational and social environment, as an aid in communication between deaf and hearing people. However, it was noted the lack of applications that presents an example of term-sign, allowing replication of applications and texts in Portuguese related to the term-signs. Thus, an application was produced in the discipline Linguistic Processes and, from this application, a manual was created that allows teachers from any area of knowledge to create an application for the discipline taught. This manual was tested and evaluated by nine participants, studying the last year of the Language Degree Libras, six deaf and three hearing. After evaluation and analysis of tests, a satisfactory result is recorded for use and dissemination of the manual. Esta pesquisa inicia-se após o reconhecimento de uma necessidade apresentada pelas pessoas surdas ao ingressar no ensino superior, pois enfrentam dificuldade de compreender termos específicos de uma área. A partir de dados bibliográficos e experiências como discente da Universidade do Estado do Pará (UEPA), permitiram observar a educação de pessoas surdas a partir das suas vivências visuais e linguísticas, o que justifica o caráter desta pesquisa, busca se contribuir de forma direta na educação de surdos no ensino superior, criando estratégias de apoio aos docentes a fim de adaptar conteúdos complexos e dinamizar os conteúdos para formas visuais que contemplem as especificidades das pessoas surdas. Propõe-se um manual com instruções para produção de aplicativo bilíngue, que apresente termos específicos de uma determinada área do conhecimento. Para elaborar este manual, foi criado um aplicativo para disciplina Processos Linguísticos, disciplina fundamental do curso de Licenciatura Plena em Letras Libras, curso ofertado pela UEPA. O aplicativo apresenta: termos específicos e seus conceitos, assim como um breve exemplo, textos e arquivos em PDF e contato com o docente. O objetivo geral deste trabalho é conceber e desenvolver um manual para produção de aplicativo bilíngue (Português-Libras) para docentes que atuam com discentes surdos, do curso de Licenciatura Plena em Letras Libras da UEPA, buscando potencializar a aprendizagem dos termos específicos da disciplina Processos Linguísticos. Os objetivos específicos que nortearão as etapas deste trabalho são: Realizar pesquisa bibliográfica acerca de app bilíngue (LP-Libras); Identificar termos que os discentes apresentam dificuldade de aprendizagem na disciplina Processos Linguísticos; Traduzir os termos, conceitos e exemplos da Língua Portuguesa para a Libras; Produzir vídeos em Libras para o aplicativo; Desenvolver um aplicativo bilíngue na disciplina Processos Linguísticos; Conceber e avaliar o manual; Divulgar os resultados obtidos por meio de publicação e apresentação em eventos. O estudo se desenvolveu por meio de pesquisa com abordagem quanti-qualitativa, na coleta de dados foram realizadas entrevistas por meio de questionário seguida de entrevista semiestruturada possibilitando aos participantes interações bidirecionais. Após pesquisas de trabalhos correlatos, foi realizada uma análise em três aplicativos usados no âmbito educacional e social, como auxílio na comunicação entre surdos e ouvintes. Porém foi constatado a falta de aplicativos que apresentem exemplo do sinal-termo, permitam replicação do app e textos em língua portuguesa relacionados aos sinais-termos. Dessa forma foi produzido um aplicativo na disciplina Processos Linguísticos e a partir deste app, foi elaborado o manual que permite docentes de qualquer área do conhecimento, criar um aplicativo para disciplina a ser ministrada. Este manual foi testado e avaliado por nove participantes, graduandos do último ano do curso de Letras Libras, sendo seis surdos e três ouvintes. Após avaliação e análise das testagens, obteve-se resultado satisfatório para uso e divulgação do manual.
